Hxtory: Medical History TestFlight Beta

Hxtory turns a pile of medical papers into a medical history you can actually use. Scan or import your documents (in any language), and Hxtory reads, transcribes and translates them, then helps you organise everything into cases: a named, dated story such as “Knee injury 2024” or “Thyroid follow-up”. From that, it builds a one-page Handoff Card for a new doctor and exports your record as PDF, Markdown or FHIR. Your records stay on your iPhone. There is no account. Documents are sent to the AI only to be read, through Hxtory’s own server in the EU, and are not stored there. Encrypted backups are in Settings. This is a test version: it has a small AI allowance (10 document pages and 50 messages), and purchases are free test purchases, so you can safely try buying the full version.
