About Longnote
Longnote is a diary for symptoms, medications, mood and habits. Log in seconds, see each day as a timeline in the Journal, open any tracker for its charts and cards, and mark where a symptom sits on a 3D body. The Patterns tab shows what tends to move together over time, and says how sure it is. A one-page summary and a CSV export help you bring a clean record to your doctor. Most of Longnote is free: unlimited trackers, logging with photos and notes, the Journal, the body map, the Patterns tab, home-screen widgets, reminders, Apple Health, a 30-day summary and encrypted backups. Longnote Pro adds compare, correlations and heatmaps; patterns, flares and trigger analysis; weather, month, time-of-day and weekday cards; chart ranges beyond 90 days; comparing Apple Health with your trackers; a summary for any period and the trackers you choose; custom measures; photo comparison; more themes, icons and palettes; and family profiles. The app is in English, German, French and Spanish. Privacy: there is no account and no sign-in. Your entries are stored on your iPhone, and Longnote never sends your entries to us. Apple Health data is read only after you grant access; Longnote writes to Apple Health only if you turn on Save symptoms to Health, and then only the symptoms you log. Optional features such as Apple Weather and workout maps talk to Apple, never carry your entries, and are explained in Settings. Backups are encrypted on your iPhone with a passcode only it holds, then saved to your iCloud Drive (you can turn this off) or wherever you choose in Files. Export and Delete all data are always in Settings. The privacy policy at longnote.io/privacy lists everything the app sends and to whom. Longnote is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or recommend treatment — patterns are associations in your own log. Talk to a clinician about anything that worries you.
