Ruffolio. Alles für den Hund

How well do you really know your neighborhood? Ruffolio covers the map in fog — and it only lifts where you and your dog have actually walked. The daily walk becomes an expedition: suddenly every side street is worth taking.

LIFT THE FOG

• Record walks via GPS and watch your map grow
• Mark sniff spots: swimming holes, play meadows, dog encounters
• Log outings even without GPS, from the dog beach to the beer garden
• Rate every walk with paws and start it right from your Apple Watch
• GPX import & export for your routes

WHO WALKED HIM TODAY?

“Have you been out with him yet?” — nobody needs to text that anymore. Share a dog with family or housemates, and after the walk one tap is enough: if you choose, the others see duration, distance, rating, or a protected map. Instead of constant pings, each person picks their own: a neutral notice, a daily digest, or a weekly recap.

Once everyone consents, Ruffolio merges your explored areas into one shared discovery map — as coarse 25-metre cells, never routes or times. Your partner’s morning loop and your evening round lift the same fog.

SAFER OUT THERE

• Official weather warnings (DWD) appear right on the map during your walk
• Reported fireworks and dangers, from broken glass to possible bait — you are only alerted when something is actually nearby

NEVER FORGET AGAIN

• Reminders for vaccinations, deworming, tick protection and more
• Appointments for vet, physio, dog school and grooming
• Heat cycle calendar with yearly overview and prediction

THE COMPLETE DOG FILE

• Vet visits with diagnoses, notes and costs
• Document scanner: invoices & lab reports as PDFs in the app
• Weight curve — handy for your next vet appointment
• Yearly cost overview: food, vet, grooming, accessories

THE WHOLE PACK

• Any number of dog profiles, each with its own avatar from the builder
• Shared dogs stay in sync automatically: appointments, weights, costs, check-ins
• Optional Community: short posts, group walks, two mini games

PRIVATE — UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO SHARE

Ruffolio works without a required account, without ads, without tracking. Walks and GPS routes stay on your iPhone by default. Only what you explicitly release is shared: dog sharing per dog, the walk summary per walk — and the shared discovery map only after every member consents.

Ruffolio is an organizer, not a medical device: no diagnoses, no substitute for veterinary advice.
