Sobodajalec is a record-keeping tool for short-stay rentals in Slovenia. It watches the deadlines introduced by the new Hospitality Act (in force since 1 January 2026) — it does not report on your behalf and is not connected to any government system.

WHAT IT TRACKS

• unit registration and publishing the ID number in your listings;
• co-owner and neighbour consents — valid three years, with a warning four months before expiry;
• guest check-in and check-out reporting (12-hour deadline);
• tourist and promotion tax — calculated per person and night, with half rates and exemptions, and a reminder to pay the municipality by the 25th;
• the night cap that some municipalities apply from 1 January 2027 — counted per unit, warning at 80 percent.

TRIAL WITHOUT TIME LIMIT

One unit and up to 25 stays, every deadline and warning, the tax calculation and the monthly report on screen. The trial never expires.

SUBSCRIPTION (yearly or monthly)

Unlimited units and stays, the planner with calendar import (.ics) from Airbnb and Booking, cost records, analytics backwards and forwards, CSV export, printing and backup with restore. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store settings.

PRIVACY

Everything stays on your device. No account, no server, nothing is sent. Purchases are handled by Apple.
