Question 1

What is CodeWing (or CodeWin / CodeWings)?

Accepted Answer

CodeWing (often searched as CodeWings or CodeWin) is the primary discovery launchpad and directory for Apple TestFlight public beta apps across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and visionOS. We index thousands of active beta programs, track open tester slots in real time, and connect indie developers with enthusiastic early adopters.

Question 2

How do I join a TestFlight beta on CodeWing?

Accepted Answer

Joining takes just a few seconds and requires no technical knowledge: First, install the free Apple TestFlight app from the iOS/macOS App Store. Then browse any app on CodeWing and tap 'Join Beta'. The link opens directly in TestFlight on your device where you can accept the invitation and begin testing.

Question 3

Do I need a private invitation code or email to join?

Accepted Answer

No! All apps listed on CodeWing use Apple's official Public TestFlight Invitation URLs. You do not need a private alphanumeric code, promo redemption key, or personal developer email invitation. Tapping 'Join Beta' enrolls your Apple ID automatically.

Question 4

Why does TestFlight say 'This Beta is Full', and how does CodeWing help?

Accepted Answer

Apple restricts public TestFlight beta programs to a hard limit of 10,000 testers. When all slots are occupied, Apple displays 'This beta is full.' CodeWing runs autonomous background checkers that monitor slot availability 24/7. As soon as an inactive tester leaves and a slot frees up, CodeWing flags the app as 'Slots Open' and alerts waiting testers.

Question 5

How can developers submit their TestFlight app to CodeWing?

Accepted Answer

Developers can submit their public TestFlight link at codewing.app/submit. CodeWing automatically fetches high-resolution app icons, iTunes metadata, developer details, and platform compatibility within 60 seconds. Developers can also opt for Spotlight Boost for viral broadcast to our 10,000+ subscriber Telegram channel.

Question 6

Is CodeWing free and safe to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes, browsing and joining public betas on CodeWing is 100% free. All downloads are cryptographically verified and served directly by Apple's official TestFlight infrastructure. CodeWing is an independent community directory and never hosts, modifies, or distributes unauthorized IPA files.
